The culinary journey
My culinary journey started at a very early age, when our family traveled all over Europe, allowing their sons to experience food in Austria, Belgium, England, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, or Spain. Later on, I traveled in Asia, Northern Africa, Latin, and South America, and moved to the USA in 1995.
Throughout my career, I met terrific and highly successful restauranteurs, chefs, entrepreneurs, and individuals who love the world of food, beverages, culture, and traditions, and combining all of their talents and sharing their passion with others.
The passion and love for food, beverages, culture, and traditions created my vision to introduce German cuisine to you.
