Food Recommendations

There are plenty of choices when it gets to selecting favorite mustard. The Thomy product is a very well known German brand, has different spice levels, and our favorite German mustard. 

Sauerkraut is in very high demand by our guests. There are a lot of different brands, and we prefer to cook with Hengstenberg Sauerkraut. We have a family recipe for the Sauerkraut we cook.

Excellent barrel pickles. The product is imported from Germany, and not very readily available. The pickles are very crisp and crunchy. They are often served with meats, bratwurst, or added to stews to add sweet and sour taste. Usually served as an appetizer.

The Christmas Stollen is one of our favorite products for the upcoming Holiday Season. The Stollen usually has sultanine raisins and dried fruits and also comes as a Marzipan Stollen. It is a very unique product and not a fruit bread.
